 EventXtreme's approach to team development programmes is to create a balance between task outputs, group processes and individual needs. Our team has ten years of experience at creating and co-ordinating corporate adventures. Our equipment is completely mobile and through our activities, we put a sparkle into any company function.  Our team development programmes and corporate events can be shaped into formal, informal, or shared experience teambuilding. The workplace is a dynamic environment requiring numerous personal and interaction skills. We present a multi activity programme known as experiential learning. Experiential learning provides people with the ideal opportunity to challenge processes, apply creative alternatives, gain valuable introspection, and explore various options. The nature of the personal experience, as well as the emphasis on group and facilitator feedback immediately after each activity, ensures personal insight and retention of learning.   At EventsXtreme we believe that Teambuilding is a structured program in which a group takes part, with a specific desired outcome. Anything else should be labelled Recreation. Both teambuilding and recreation are however important in the well being of your group. If effectively facilitated, it will produce higher levels of productivity, job satisfaction, and lower staff turnover dramatically. Our adventure challenges consist of a set of activities that are also aimed at testing the group's ability to work together as a team. The activities are mildly physically challenging and intensively mentally challenging. Teams will be able to assign members, tasks that suit their abilities best. No activity can be successfully completed without at least an adequate level of teamwork.  As a build-up to the teambuilding, we at EventXtreme recommend that we do a pre assessment of the team, in order to accurately determine the needs of the group. The pre-assessment helps us to design an intervention that is optimally effective. Because each group is as individual as the people in the group, we custom design every programme to the specific needs of the group to maximize the desired effect. Because all our equipment is fully mobile, we can accommodate you at any venue of you choice. We have a wide range of venues that range from bush camp style to five star luxury accommodations.
